Shipping policy

As each piece is designed and created specifically for you, Sigil Signet design and production is a slow process and shipping times varying depending on your location. Yellow gold production can take up to 6 weeks and rose and white gold production can take up to 10 weeks.

All orders shipped within the United States are sent via UPS. We cannot guarantee delivery times but estimate a shipping window of 4-10 business days from the date shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS.

We currently only ship internationally to the UK and to Australia. All international orders will be shipped via USPS. Though we cannot guarantee a delivery window, we estimate the order will take anywhere from 5-20 days to arrive. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing items purchased from us. All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. 

Shipping times may exceed the estimate due to many factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or by customs.

Though tracking info and insurance will be included with every order, you assume all responsibility once the order has been given to the shipping service provider. No signature will be required unless you specifically choose that option at check-out. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the shipping service provider directly.

If tracking info shows the package is delivered but you are unable to locate the package, no credit or refund will be given. The items are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.
